Our aim is to provide you with peace of mind, and we’re putting our money where our mouth is. If you find anything faulty during the 7-day inspection period or within 50 working hours (whichever comes first), we will either have a nearby partner service fix it, or if it can’t be repaired within 72 hours, we will ship it back to us and issue a full refund.
Our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee gives you, as a buyer, the certainty that you will receive the equipment you are paying for, exactly as described.
What does 7 Days Money Back Guarantee stand for?
- De Pere Heavy Transport guarantees a refund if the equipment is not delivered within 15 days after dispatch—no questions asked;
- During the 7-day period, payment will be held by De Pere Heavy Transport;
- The seller’s payment will be released only after the 7 days, provided no claims are made by the buyer;
- If you are not satisfied with the delivered equipment and inform De Pere Heavy Transport within 7 days of delivery, we will resolve your complaint within 72 hours from the time it is raised. If we cannot provide a resolution within 72 hours, we will automatically refund the amount paid.
- If no claim is made within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the transaction complete, and no further claims will be honored.
What does 7-Day Money Back Guarantee cover?
- Damaged or faulty equipment: You have 7 days, or 50 working hours (whichever comes first), to test the equipment. If it is damaged or faulty, you may request a refund within this time frame;
- Paid equipment that was not received in time: If you have not received your equipment within 15 business days after it has been dispatched, our financial department will contact you to initiate a refund.
How will you receive your refund through De Pere Heavy Transport
- You will be contacted by our financial department to process your refund. It will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
On a personal note, out of more than 1000 customers, we have only issued 7 refunds, mostly due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or accidents that resulted in equipment damage during transport; in those cases the insurance covered the costs). For 5 of those customers we managed to find alternative equipment to meet their requirements. This means we keep 99 percent of our customers happy and we will continue to do so!
