How it Works
Step 1
You need to have an account with us in order to buy heavy equipment.
*When the buyers register with De Pere Heavy Transport, they also agree to all the Terms and Conditions for online transactions. It is important to read these terms before proceeding
Step 2
Select the piece of heavy equipment that you want to buy. You will have the option to request a shipping quote if needed. A bill of sale will be drafted and signed by both the seller and the buyer.
Step 3
An invoice will be generated. Payment is accepted via bank wire transfer. Our partners who have purchased from us before also have the option to pay by certified check.
Step 4
After the funds clear (1-2 business days), the equipment will be available for pickup. If shipping is needed, we will do our best to initiate shipping within 2 business days.
Step 5
According to our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, the buyer has 7 days or 50 working hours, whichever comes first, to report any faults. If any faults are found, we will investigate and provide you with two options: repair at a nearby partner service or arrange for the item to be sent back to us for a refund. We will cover the costs of shipping it back if you find a fault that we missed. After the 7-day inspection period, any claims will not be honored unless you purchased an optional warranty.
